All orders are shipped within 2 business day from confirmed receipt of full clear payment, and subject to stock availability.

In general orders are shipped with Australia Post and will be delivered during normal business hours. On occasion other shipping is used where we see the opportunity for faster delivery.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Altona (3018)

Express post is now available 

We are still shipping during Victoria's Stage 4 lock down however delivery times may be longer.

Exchanges / Returns


We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of delivery, provided they are still in original condition, unopened with all packaging and tags intact.

To commence a product return and exchange, please email customerservice@aussiesockshop.com.au, providing proof of purchase, as well as supporting comments detailing the reason for return / exchange. Please do not return the product before contacting us

All costs associated with the return of exchanged product and the cost of the shipping cost of the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a supplied product is defective, we will arrange an exchange.

Please email us at customerservice@aussiesockshop.com.au providing proof of purchase, supporting comments detailing the request to exchange the product due to a defect and a photo of the product clearly showing the defect.

Upon receipt of the defective product, we’ll inspect process and ship the exchange within 24 hours.

If we have shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will happily exchange the item and dispatch the correct item at our cost.

If you need to return your order, please ensure it is packaged securely and where possible in the original packaging that it was received in.

We strongly recommend that you register the package and obtain a tracking number for delivery confirmation.

Please note your responsibility to ensure that the goods when receipted by us are in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

This returns option only applies to goods that have not been worn or used or damaged after delivery.
